RETURN POLICY
**NO REFUNDS - EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY WITHIN 3 DAYS!!!
RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:
1. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, and without clothing tags. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.
2. Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags attached.
Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned
***Non-returnable merchandise include: sale products, formal dresses, swimwear, bodysuits and accessories.
3. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances and smoke.
4. Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to xclusivegear.
5. Shipping fees are non refundable.
6. Xclusivegearclothing.com diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.
7. Purchases made at Xclusivegearclothing.com can NOT be exchanged at any physical locations of "XclusiveGear". Store Credit is valid only at

**Please include your original packing slip so we know who you are. If you've misplaced your packing slip please enclose a note with your full name and/or order number and indicate if you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or receive merchandise credit. If it's not indicated or the size you're requesting for the exchange is unavailable a merchandise credit will be issued in the form of a gift card.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME
Upon receipt of your package, your return for a store credit will be processed within 3-4 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
WE SHIP WORLDWIDE

All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 2-4 business days or sooner.
We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You can track your package using the supplied tracking number.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?

Once your order has been shipped, the estimated time of arrival is:
US Orders:
1. USPS standard shipping (3-4 business days)
2. USPS Express mail (Guaranteed in 2 business days, 1 business day in most cases) Express Shipping address must be verified for approval).
International Orders:
1. USPS Priority international mail (7-14 business days)
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment. For international orders, Standard Airmail includes a customs form label number that can be used to locate your package, but is not an actual tracking number.
